Demo Application Disclaimer

This application is provided solely as a demonstration and is intended for testing purposes only. By using this app, you acknowledge and agree that all functionalities and services offered are part of a non-production environment and should not be considered a live financial service.

Test Investments

Only test investments with a maximum value of max €10 are permitted. Any investment exceeding this amount is strictly prohibited. Users must understand that the assets available for purchase through this application are purely test tokens without any real-world value. No real financial gain or loss should be expected from these test transactions.

Experimental Software Warning

This application is experimental software. While we strive to provide a stable and error-free experience, unforeseen issues may arise. Users should use the platform at their own risk and acknowledge that features may change, malfunction, or be discontinued without prior notice.

User Eligibility

Access to this application is restricted to users who have successfully completed the Know Your Customer (KYC) process through Monerium and hold an active Monerium account. Users who have not passed the KYC verification are not permitted to use the application or its investment functionalities. Furthermore Authorization by Gorilla Funds is necessary.

Loss & Refund Policy

In the unlikely event that a user incurs losses while using this demo application, Gorilla Funds UG will refund the lost amounts. Refunds are limited to test investments and capped at a maximum of €10 per user. Claims exceeding this amount will not be honored, given the test nature of the platform.
